Double E&8

E- Eat healthy and exercise

  • Try two new healthy recipe a week
  • Start exercising once a week and add a day each week or two

8- 8 hours of sleep and 8 cups of water

  • Always keep water with you
  • Use herbs for sleep during the day

Nobody gets an award to take care of themselves, but you will feel better and live longer. What are you going to do for yourself? You make the choice.

  1. Great advice! I always try to carry water with me everywhere. I drink about 64 ounces a day to stay healthy and hydrated. Exercising is not as good, lol. Thanks for sharing!
