What is peace. I use to believe that peace and happiness were the same thing but they are totally different. Happiness is a choice and peace is a decision. You can be at peace and not be happy. Peace is a never-ending process to solve problems or conflicts. It is an inner calmness. One does not choose chaos over peace, so it is important that we acquire inner peace. Let’s explore how.  

Mind 

It is never too late to gain inner peace. You will have to change your mindset. Achieving a state of inner peace will enable you to see things more clearly than you could before. Meditation is a great way to release stress and tension and is a very popular method for finding inner peace. Find a meditation exercise that fits you and work towards inner peace.  

Body 

Relaxation can help you with inner peace. There are so many ways you can relax and take your mind off of your problems. Sit on a bench and watch the birds or read a book.  Exercise will help your body relax, but you will still be thinking about your problems. Stop thinking by watching and redirecting your focus. 

Soul  

Peace. I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. – John 14:27. God understand our weakness. Take your problems to the God and leave them there. Focus on your blessing and pray when you have problems. Faith will help you acquire peace.  

Peace is not an option. It is a way to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Start meditating to release negativity. Focus on the simple things in life and build your faith to acquire peace.
