The war has been on many minds. It can affect how you think, feel, and even rest. This week, I found myself needing to step back and reset. However, I also realized something important. God still offers peace, even during moments like this.

✝️ God’s Peace Is Still Available
In Philippians 4:6-7, we are told not to be anxious. Instead, we are encouraged to pray and give thanks.
This does not mean we ignore what is happening. However, it means we do not let it control us. Because of this, peace becomes something we choose.
At times, your thoughts may feel heavy. You may find yourself checking updates often or thinking about what could happen next. However, God’s peace is not based on circumstances. It comes from Him.
Therefore, even during the war, peace is still possible.
🌿 3 Simple Ways to Protect Your Peace
1. Limit What You Take In
Constant exposure to news can feel overwhelming. In addition, it can increase stress and anxiety. Therefore, set boundaries. Check updates at certain times instead of all day.
Because of this, your mind has room to rest.
2. Create a Quiet Moment
Take five minutes. Sit still. Put your phone down. Pray honestly. You do not need perfect words.
Then pause. Breathe slowly. Let your body relax.
As a result, you begin to feel more centered.
3. Replace Fear with Truth
Fear grows when it is repeated. However, truth brings stability. Speak truth over yourself.
Say: “God is with me.”
Say: “I will not carry fear.”
Because of this, your mindset begins to shift.
🤝 Encourage Someone Else
During times like this, people need connection. In addition, many are feeling the same weight.
Send a message. Call someone. Check in.
A simple “Are you okay?” can mean more than you think. Because of this, encouragement becomes a powerful act of care.

You may not control what is happening. However, you can control how you respond.
